The government is consulting on changes to both the Residential Tenancies Act and the new Healthy Homes standards, but the official submission forms have more than 130 questions, so we've merged some of the official questions and skipped others not relevant to most renters.
Renters United has created this form to make it easier for you to make a quality submission, it will be sent directly to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment (MBIE) who are conducting the consultation.
